Not everybody is like your friends. I personally know people who are not married and have sex, and nobody is being harmed. I also know of cases of married people having sex, and one of them was being harmed.

Like you just said not everyone is like your friends. It pretty much comes down to individual decision. For me I waited and I am leading a happy marriage and will have our first child in the beginning of this upcoming April. So you really just denounced you original post as you can't prove anything because your examples only come from your friends and you said everyone is different.

That is why I said; case by case basis. I am not the one speaking for everyone. When you say "sex outside marriage is harmful" you are speaking for everybody; not just your friends. Unless you can prove that everybody who is having sex outside marriage is causing harm, your argument fails.

I can also come up with many nitpicking scenarios as well. How about never letting kids attend school because there are shootings at school? Those examples don't prove a darn thing.

No, Paul is crystal clear about having sexual relations before and outside of marriage. 1 Corinthians 7:1-2 he writes under inspiration from the Holy Spirit, “Now for the matters you wrote about: “It is good for a man not to have sexual relations with a woman.” 2 But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband.” So the point is that even if a couple is betrothed to each other; that is they are engaged to be married, they should abstain from any sexual relationships until after they are married.
