You would if you read the Bible.Well I just read up on nihilism, and it say you have none.Yes, you have.

But in your way of thinking, the journey is better than the destination, isn't it?

You refused to read what I suggested last time so no you havent read up on value-nihilism.

I see your morals in your posts. Not impressed.

Why should I?

Even nihilists don't know what to believe.

From Wikipedia:

"Moral nihilists agree that all claims such as 'murder is morally wrong' are false. But different nihilistic views differ in two ways.

Some may say that such claims are neither true nor false; others say that they are all false.

Nihilists differ in the scope of their theories. Error theorists typically claim that it is only distinctively moral claims which are false; practical nihilists claim that there are no reasons for action of any kind; some nihilists extend this claim to include reasons for belief."
Would you like me to highlight certain key words in that article?

It looks like nihilists want to play both sides of the field.

No, as you are undducated in philosophy (and theology) there are no point in discussing this with you.

But as morals dont exist they cannot be wrong or right. Thats no applicable. A moral rule only has the weight of the arguments for or against. I have no problem arguing against say, discrimination.

Well, they do teach it as theory ... but because there is no other alternative being taught in school ... many of the children accept it as truth.

When our young son asked us about this ... how do I answer questions to something that is untrue .. we had a huge discussion on what theory is. Theory can be difficult for young children to understand. So, we told him to answer the questions according to the "theory" taught, but that does not mean at all one is required to believe a theory, any theory.

Methinks you don't know the definition of "scientific theory."

Our world had God create life on it, as there is no way to have life originate out of non life, so no matter how many years or worlds, unless God causes life to t, it won't happen!

Evolution has nothing to do with the origin of life. It is about the evolution of living things.

Until evolution can explain life from non life, its entire theory is bogus

How about the idea that God started life, then let it evolve within the laws of the universe that he put into place? This is called Theistic Evolution.

Then how did we get angiosperms before the sun?

Jesus held to Adam and Eve as created by God, and to be historical persons, and Apostle paul agreed with Jesus, as he had Jesus as the second Adam!

Yeah great. So what? This only matters to people who hold the Bible as some kind of authority.

I always find this apologetic humorous. It's almost as if the claimant thinks societies before the Bible didn't have logic, laws, ethics or standards of conduct.

I wonder how the civilizations of India, China and Greece, Rome, Carthage, Persia, Akkad, Sumer etc. etc. survived without "biblical principles such as morality and logic".

The Greeks; amazing thinkers. Eratosthenes figured out the circumference of the earth within less than 0.2% of its true polar circumference a couple of millennia before we could prove it.

Democritus proposed the idea of atoms in the 4th century BC, again millennia before we could see atoms with a Tunneling Electron Microscope.

Point is, these were hypotheses for a couple of thousand years. Eventually, scientists developed the tools to confirm them.

Because its the current state sponsored religion. Homeschool your kids. Public education is nothing more than indoctrination.

Better to refute the evidence than run away and hide.

Kind of like science does since they once thought it only 8 billion years old. Not that I think Aman is anywhere close to the truth....

But then you'll ignore Relativity, so it doesn't do us much good to discuss age....

The scientific method EXPECTS change in knowledge, unlike religious dogma.
