chromosomes - 46 compared to the primate 48
I'll just take an easy one from your list. I believe God created all, but facts are facts.

The number of chromosomes a monkey has depends on the species of monkey. The Rhesus monkey has 42 chromosomes, while the Capuchin monkey has 54 chromosomes and the squirrel monkey has 44. Monkeys, such as the silky marmoset, have 46 chromosomes, which is the same number of chromosomes as humans.

reasons humans are not primates -

bones - thinner lighter than all other primates
skulls/brains - impossible to compare to other primates
head hair - constant growth unlike all other primates
nails- constant growth unlike all other primates
skin - not adapted to sunlight exposure like all other primates
muscles - 5 to 10 times weaker for relative size compared to all other primates
adipose tissue - 10 times more body fat than all other primates
locomotion - human locomotion different than all other primates
speech 1 -throats completely different than all other primates
speech 2 -brain construction different than all other primates
penis bone - missing unlike all other primates
genetic disorders- 4000 not in primates
chromosomes - 46 compared to the primate 48

of course the argument that someone made a wrong classification in the 18th century so we should just continue to run with it will be made,
and the scoffers will insult and arm wave,
some may even believe personal insults are called for,

however this post is not for the scoffers,
it is for the enquiring mind that follows truth wherever it may lead.

: )
Did you come up with that on your own?

yes I should have mentioned the "great apes" (chimp, gorilla, orang-utan) to cover myself, (strangely potatoes also has 48 chromosomes as does tobacco)

I am actually thanking you for highlighting the little tree monkey in the ointment,
strangely I cant find any reference to another monkey with 46 chromosones,
however the Reeves's muntjac (funny little creature with antlers) and the antelopes also have 46 chromosomes.

im thanking you because chromosomes obviously have no bearing on the classification of groups and their closeness.
and when chimps are spoken about as a link and anyone cites chromosomes I shall mention the humble potato.

we might as well wipe the chromosome argument out of the debate for evolutionists, creationists and everyone inbetween.

spun out now.

: )

edit - the guppy fish also has 46 chromosomes

The chromosomes do matter, just not number alone. Their shape and overall structure are far more important.

No, I mean like a car, which is engine, steering, etc. or a shoe, which is lace, sole, and whatever the rest is called.
If a car is a gestalt, a human being is most definitely a gestalt.

Whatever else I might or might not be, my body is certainly an animal body. Beyond that, it certainly appears to be a primate body.

Is there a body which is not an animal body?
If not, then why don't we just call it a "body" and delete the "animal"?
So, we have pig body, dog body, human body, etc.

I feel certain my bones are thicker and heavier than those of the mouse lemur.

Which one of these feet is not like the others?

Figure%204-1.GIF

Primates have prehensile (grasping) feet with opposable big toes.

Humans do not.

I can pick up a 5 pence coin with my toes, and those are pretty small.
I don't know about you, but that sounds like grasping to me.

Humans do not.

Primates have tails.

Apes do not.

Therefore apes are not primates.

Hint: You have to use a correct defining characteristic for primate in order for this to work.

All primates, including apes, have prehensile feet.

Humans do not.

This is what separates humans from primates.
