Preterists rely on world history to subjectively assign a false prophetic paradigm that has implications if they are wrong.

Prophecy is given by Prophets for the future.

If we need to see a confirmed prophecy unfolding in our reality, we need to look to the prophecy that hasnt been fulfilled.

The greatest promise we know is coming is in fact the end of the world, a future event, unless I missed the end of the world somehow..

Every Christian is promised tribulation and persecution by Christ, this is our promise, and if we are lucky, we get to die for our faith that all may witness the power of our faith openly..

Ok, so lets investigate what Daniel the prophet says..

Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,(Who is this man) and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation(Rapture, consummation of Christ and his Bride), and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

"That determined" is the "Wrath of God"..

But you offer no explanation to the contrary.

If they are different, show me.

If Nero was either one, use the objective evidence God gave you to prove it to me..

I can prove that the Jews returned in 1948, you cant prove Nero was either the man of sin, or the beast of revelation..

A more accurate representation of the case would be if you said that when we left New York there were three distinct areas we would pass through. One of them would be 49 miles long and one 434 miles long and one seven miles long. When we finished all of them, we would be in Seattle. Then you went on to say that it would be 49 miles to Annadale, NJ, and after the 434 miles we would be in Zanesville, OH. Then some interesting things would happen, but there would be another seven miles of very bad traffic before we got to Seattle. And you did not tell me that the last seven miles, from Mercer Island WA to Seattle, WA would be two thousand four hundred and seventy miles after Zanesville, OH.

(Distances are from Wild Texas driving times and distance calculator. And yes, I know I reversed the direction of the trip.)
