History teachers teach history, not theology.

Now, there are religious history classes, for this sort of thing, if it is something that appeals to someone.

Beyond that, has anyone prevented you or anyone else from reading Genesis? Has your church prevented you from learning about Genesis?
But the bible crosses into history in a lot of ways. In fact if you look at what the bible says archeologists can then go and find the towns, cities, people and many of the artifacts of that period. Some archeologists use the bible as a reference to finding locations for their digs. In fact in some ways the bible is one of the main written history records for those periods and we have little else to go by.

the reason why evolution is (not) true is because it lacks evidence on a macrolevel, is unobserved in a labratory or anywhere else, and thus cannot be called hard empiricle science.
A couple of questions, then. How did man's skin color get different? Do you think that was not adaptation after the flood? Also, the lions and wolves that will eat grass in the millennium, do you think they evole to that or that God creates a bunch of new kinds?

How is it religious? Explain.
How can we look at the basis when you refuse to post it? If it is not belief based, you ought to be all gung ho and proud to post it! Your actions and lack therof speak for themselves. What a hoot.

Evolution (neither macro nor micro) is not a belief.
Yes, evolution in ANY sense other than changes to created kinds is pure religion. Nothing else whatsoever. 100%

But regardless, the fact that a lot of religious people use "religion" as an insult is telling.
It is meant to be a stinging rebuke to the devotees of so called science, who portray a big false front of science, but who really are just fanatics of the religious kind.

Now if they had been honest, and admitted their silly belief system was just what it is, then it would be no insult to call their beliefs religion.

And that is nothing but your word, based on nothing.

It is meant as insult and ridicule, you just want bring science to the same level as religion so that you can claim that your religion is better. But that only works for those who don't know what science is. The difference is that Christianity requires faith and science requires evidence.

Is it really all that micro though, to have mankind so varied in so many ways? How would it be micro to have a lion and a wolf evolve different stomachs and digestive systems in weeks? After all soon as the seven year tribulation is over we are right into the millennium.

The animals on the ark must have evolved a lot to have all the creatures we now have. Noah would not have taken 30 tiger species onto the ark, would he? How about the mastodon and elephants? There was a lot of evolving after the flood. How could animals adapt to the ice age and extreme cold...and etc so fast?

That would be a problem, lucky none of it is true and it's only a story they talked you into believing was true.

Yes that would be a problem for our present state laws to have been here. You can't just wave it all away in some giddy convoluted delirious denial fit of fancy.

They didn't.....they simply moved south as it got colder, later animals that could live in the cold moved further north, as the generations passed their coats or fur got thicker and they survived longer and adapted.
It's not rocket science.
Why make stuff up? Moved south as it got colder? How do you know? How long did it take to adapt to the cold? Like you know!?
