Good point, EPII. You should always respond to a person as if that person was standing in front of you. I actually believe that people that respond nastily are actually people with low selfesteem who are actually crying out for attention so I just step back and pray for them.

In reference to the OP:
I understand what you mean. I've been called a punishing servant of God on her high horse who is out to deal everyone's date with hell; and just recently, I was labeled, by a female member, a typical (whatever that is). Namecalling is not nice nor is it Christlike.
One thing I think most christians don't take into consideration is the fact that God sees our hearts and knows how everything got in it, be they good or bad.
Most may think this is nothing more than the internet, but I beg to differ. Why? Because whatever is in your heart, is going to come out. And whatever comes out of your heart, be it in person or over the internet is what God looks at.
It's just the internet, huh? Not in God's eyes, it's not. Why? Because He cares about everything His children do, especially the interactions with other people.
Think about it.
