Why do I find Christians unlike the Christ?

I have read the bible from cover to cover, and what I see written there I don't see in Christians.

Why is it so hard for Christians to become like Jesus?

Without reading the other replies yet, I think they believe it is impossible, which is a fatal flaw if true because that's what he was trying to teach. And its silly because that was further shown by Elijah. But also, it is somewhat difficult to go from nothing to everything, though its the easiest thing you could possibly do. Its only difficult because its so simple.
