because they really do not want to have to do it the other way where millions or billions get it and you either live or die, but either way will only get it ONE time.

But here, for this virus, I can believe this is potentially dangerous for the U.S. before I see it. I can believe Italy's already 820+ deaths of 12,400+ found cases, that ~ 6% death rate (of discovered cases, which is less than all cases)....
So, I'm not in agreement it's not even worth a worry to raise an eyebrow. We want to be successful enough so that that becomes the case. We haven't gotten there yet.

The many anti-christs spoken of in Scripture are not being silent somewhere - they are not secluded away out of the public eye. They , as written in Ephesians 2, with the prince of the power of the air, directly or indirectly make people subjects to the enemy, not free from him.
When people discover the truth, they no longer are afraid. Some that you mention are right to be afraid, not just of the virus, but of the handling of it too, the government and drug makers use of it, which is not for good results.
The government led us into wwI an wwII and vietnam, right ? How many died needlessly ? between 1970and 2000 , how many servicemen (of all ranks) disserted because of the lies they were told ? Because they found they were not helping anyone ? a huge number went awol.... they refused to kill or wipe out villages any more, and they were not even prosecuted for going awol - the government wanted to keep it quiet, just like today with government and drug makers ....

It's not going to mutate so fast that it will evade immunity in a matter of weeks. No other virus does that.
I see no reason that it couldn't become endemic. Meaning that a vaccine is going to be an ongoing need.Could it become endemic though? Or is that not as likely given the current response to mitigate it?
