In all honesty, I'm a single mom and I'm really just not looking for that kind of relationship right now. I miss the companionship and having someone to do stuff with of course, but I went on a date with a few guys and was simply just didn't "click" or there wasn't a "spark". I guess, sadly, I'm convinced there's just nobody out there for me. The only man I ever dated was my son's father...and were together for 4 years. I'm only 22...and I honestly haven't a clue how to date or who is supposed to do what.

I have a really bad joke after reading some of the replies in this thread. Seriously, I mean its a bad joke...not even worth laughing too, unless....oh nvm.
Yesterday at work I got the "lets sent out a flyer for you!" We have moved pasted conventional ways of meeting people, and online adventures to sending out flyers. I'm so single it makes people feel that sorry for me. LOL.
I thought I replied in this thread and I remember agreeing with someone. Anyways, I am single, because I think in large part I haven't meet someone I connect with on a certain level. Okay, I take that back, I have meet people but do to certain circumstances, I don't think we could be together. I cannot say I have ever been a picky person. Looks wise I am very attracted to many different kinds of men, and also I have a tendency to find someone even more sexy after I get to know him. I can't help it, but I do wish guys believed me when I say they are hot. =)
But in reality I want someone who is honest and trusting, and someone who wants to have a family. The honesty part is really up to getting to know the person and putting my own fears aside. But, as for the family part, I can't judge someone if he doesn't want to have children, but I want children, so starting off that way would not be a good idea.
We shall see how life happens.
I can't sit and really pin-point exact reasons why I'm single. I guess in large part its a choice and in large part its not (but mostly a choice).
I also like to add, now I just think its in God's hands. If I am lead to meet that person somehow, I know I will.
If I'm not, I have so many other things in my life. Though I do wish I could share those with someone. But, either way I'm okay now, even if sometimes I feel lonely.

I'm single because I just ended a bad relationship...I need time for God and for myself now. Then hopefully He'll open my eyes when the right man comes along.
