You are dictating to God how he could only have framed His revelation. You are dictating to God that He could only write the first ten chapters of Genesis in Jacobean English, rather than trying to find out what language it was actually written in.

By reading other peoples' posts.

Creationists having a literal interpretation of the Bible will defend every verse in the Bible even when it doesn't involve creationism per se.
Hence absolutism of the Bible is an important line of argument for creationists because if any aspect of the Bible is found to be deficient or contradictory than the idea of creationism crashes and burns as the Bible is assumed to be an infallible source and not subject to scientific scrutiny.
