Why am I going to Hell in your eyes?

No offence, but posts like this really make me question if people actually read the thread before responding. I have said several times that I am not asking because of fear, or out of attempt to mock. I have directly said that after hearing so many times that I'm going to hell, I just wanted to ask why. Thats it. No hidden motives, no fear of where I'll end up, and no plans to alter my beliefs. Just. Curiosity.
God judges us by His ten commandments...How would you fair on that test?

Nobody, not even christians, would pass His moral test, do you agree?

IF YOU AGREE, then why is the standard so high to make it to heaven?

DO YOU KNOW THE ANSWER?

I have no idea why the standard is set so high no one can reach it, and as for the 10 commandments.

1. Pass
2. Pass
3. Fail
4. Fail
5. Pass
6. Pass
7. Pass
8. Pass
9. Fail
10. Pass

The standard has been set that high to make us realize that we are sinners in His eyes. No one can pass that test. NO ONE. The 10 commandments are there to CONVICT US. The ''good guy'' thing just doesn't pass the test.

So what is the answer then to get to heaven?

I'M NOT going to repeat the answer, since it has been given already in post#83, but I just wanted to open your eyes to the dilemma man is in without the 'BRIDGE' God has provided for us when HE sent His only Son in Jesus Christ, to take away OUR SINS, and make US RIGHTEOUS in His EYES..

God PREDESTINED it this way before creation even existed. It was planned out this way. You can accept it or reject it. It is what God gave you, a free-will to accept or deny His offer of GRACE.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" Jhon 3:16

But anyway why are you care if you going go hell if you dont even belive it? Do you think is a God out there? If yes then Evil comes with him its logic.

It says in Exodus that if you have broken one of the 10 Commandments, you have broken them all. We have all fallen short which is why we are in need of a Savior!

I guess if you challenge God, you will lose....
Commentary:
Apparently, this was the first public offense against the newly revealed law of God. It was, essentially, being tested. Therefore, the severity of the punishment was to demonstrate to all of Israel the necessity of obeying the Law of God.

Exodus still commands death though.

All of us deserve death. HE IS SHOWING HIS GRACE TO US BY SENDING HIS ONLY SON TO US. What did man do? Man spat on Him, beat Him, maimed Him, and yet Jesus said one thing while dying on the cross and that was to forgive us for we know not what we do.

Let's notice what God said in verses 22-23, "Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it:" God makes a point that this huge punishment on the whole generation of men is not simply because of this incident, but rather a 10-event accumulation.

Let's take a look at these TEN occasions of Israel's rebellion:
  1. Israel's distrust and rebuke of Moses at the Red Sea (Exodus 14:11-12)
  2. At Marah when they were thirsty and murmured against Moses (Exodus 15:23-24)
  3. They murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness of Sin when they were hungry (Exodus 16:2)
  4. They dismissed God's command regarding keeping manna overnight (Exodus 16:20)
  5. They also dismissed God's command on gathering manna on the sabbath (Exodus 16:27)
  6. They murmured against Moses at Rephidim when they were again thirsty (Exodus 17:1-3)
  7. The golden-calf incident at Horeb (Exodus 32:7);
  8. The "fire from the LORD at Taberah because of their complaining (Numbers 11:1)
  9. Another episode of complaining about hunger (Numbers 11:4)
  10. The mutiny attempt after the return of the spies (Numbers 14)
As you can see, this generational death sentence was well deserved for repeated rebellion - not just for one act of defiance against God.

Doesn't it also say if you break a commandment you should be stoned to death?
D. L. Moody said,

"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law so we are no longer in bondage to it. If we try to keep one part of the Law (even out of love for God), we are obligated to keep the whole Law (Galatians 3:10)—all 613 precepts. If those who insist on keeping the Sabbath were as zealous about the salvation of the lost as they are about other Christians keeping the Sabbath, we would see revival."

You asked why you deserved "hell" and the answer is in the 10 commandmants. We all deserve hell...However, God solved that problem for us and we all should be praising Him instead of questioning Him. If you ask me, I think you have the wrong perspective of who God is. If you rememberer that God is not your PEER, then you will understand Him better.
