You do realize the family is bigger and badder and more powerful than local corrupt sheriffs offices all together, right?
And, they're the control over most unions like af_-ci_ ....
And, they control a lot of big financial institutions ...

So, would you invite the mobb to town to get rid of gangs ?

Yet, inexplicably to anyone with common sense who loves truth,
that is exactly what the authorities in the usa are doing and asking you to do.
(and have been doing for some time now)

p.s. this is not about this, it is a metaphor type question to get you to think when possible.
It was just on the news and makes me too mad at the unrighteousness of it all - what the 'authorities' are getting away with.

When I first moved to South Jersey, I had a lot of family and friends in South Philly and so I spent a lot of time there and even moved there for a while.

There was a man there named Angelo Bruno, who was a local godfather. Bruno cleaned up South Philly. Bruno got rid of the drug dealers and the criminals who preyed on innocent people.

Before Bruno died, you could wrap your grandmother in $50 bills and send her out at 2am and she'd be fine.

There's a section of South Philly called "Gray's Ferry" and there was a restaurant there that allegedly had mob ties, called Stroli's. We used to go there all the time after going to see a show and I never felt unsafe.

Now, I refuse to go to Grey's Ferry for any reason unless I'm carrying.

Frank Rizzo did a lot to help clean up Philly but if you ask anyone there, they'll tell you that Bruno did more.

I live in the sleepy rural area of south central PA--Philly's reputation for mean is well known..I got as far as King of Prussia once, maybe someday I'll visit there..

calling in the 'mobb' to take care of neighborhood vandels is of course rhetorical and wouldn't make sense to most people - or at least wouldn't be the 'sensible' and/or politiclly correct solution.

(the fact that some neighborhoods are more stable, a lot more 'safe'? when the 'mobb' is present
is a bit of a paradox....... so, for this to fit what follows better, switch from 'mobb' to nazis --- who would ask the nazis to come in to settle down small timers....)
