We are born sinners, not perfect, lacking Christ whom is the only One who can save, redeem, transform, & change us lawfully, internally, practically, & eternally.

Well said. I don't think that anyone in the Christian only section will disagree. We are born sinners, not perfect, lacking Christ whom is the only One who can save, redeem, transform, & change us lawfully, internally, practically, & eternally.
How do I invite anybody to comment on this thread? I don't want any of my threads to be limited to one particular group.Well said. I don't think that anyone in the Christian only section will disagree.
You need to start a thread with [open] at the beginning of the title, likeHow do I invite anybody to comment on this thread? I don't want any of my threads to be limited to one particular group.
You need to start a thread with [open] at the beginning of the title, like
[OPEN]ChaosChristian's Krazy Kafeteria (6)
You can't edit the thread title after you started it, though.
What would that do? Open it to "every" forums and subforums? That is crazy.
I think you have the OP backwards imo. What we do determines who we are. I mean talk is cheap etc, but if one can actually make a righteous decision while under the gun....that's legit. Hmm, is this a predestination thread in disguise?
If I do good things then I will become a good person?
I'd say. Judge a tree by its fruit...
Jesus says that not even he is good. Still, I'd say he's pretty good.
1 Peter 1:9 describe Christ as the perfect lamb without blemish or defect.
The proverbs of Solomon are like this; in one sentence he says the rightious do xyz, but in the next he says the wicked do xyaz.
"Who determines what we do?" I think this is a pretty deep question and it really depends on the person. We are given free will. If a child is reared in a godless family, and then decides to follow Christ.
That is why it's impossible: Isaiah 53:6: We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
What's impossible?
It's impossible to do good to become good: Matthew 19:24: Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.
