God never intended us to know him, and his word, through maths, hidden Bible codes or anything else.
He revealed his word through the prophets and, in the NT, set Jesus who IS the Word of God.

So if he's wanted us to know that Melchizedek was Shem, he would have told us.

Or you could just ignore what God told us written by Moses in Genesis. Math is adding numbers together, not secret code. God gave you a mind to think about Scripture, not ignore Scripture.

That is not the human name of this king of Salem, which was the cite of future Jerusalem. That was the order of priesthood. All priest were not called Aaron in the OT, but were of the priest of Aaron.

Unless you claim Jesus was this king of Salem that you said met Abraham, every human has a mother or father. The order of Melchizedek is without mother or father. This king priest duty comes directly from God.

As this was passed down through Adam, and since Abel was killed, it was given to the firstborn son of Seth. And Shem was the firstborn son of Noah.

Why should they be raised to be the end time witnesses for God? I view them as simply two of the 144,000, albeit; the ones in Jerusalem during the period of 'beast' control. Their job is to proclaim the coming Kingdom, Isaiah 66:19, Revelation 14:6-7
It is impossible anyway, as they get killed and E & E are now spiritual beings.

Elijah was taken up into the sky or 1st heaven, he was not taken from this life. He was transported to another place on earth, like Phillip was.

Elijah was taken to a place where he would not die for hundreds (seen standing next to Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration), and then thousands of years. In the Bible we have two Prophets who translated to Heaven, they were Elijah & Enoch (Melchizedek) but were they angels ?

We have Elijah who According to later Kabbalistic literature was really an angel in human form, so that he had neither parents nor offspring.
Then we have Enoch ( (Melchizedek) who too had a strange birth.

Were these the two angels that the disciples saw Jesus talking to ?

Are these the two witnesses whom we shall encounter during the last days ? I reckon so.

They spend 42 months killing and tormenting other people.I can't stand people like this.They are no better than the Muslims they are killing.
Jesus commands all his disciples to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.These two witnesses ignore every command Jesus gives in the bible.I wouldn't be a bit surprised if these two witnesses are the two horns of the false prophet.

As they come on the scene in the last days, God has put them on the earth for a reason & that reason is to preach the word of God in the hope of getting the masses to repent before the return of Jesus which at this time his return will be very close.

These two witnesses have a very important job to do for the Lord. lets hope they bring the masses to repent in time.

They will only use their powers God has given them to defend themselves.

Yes,I agree.For those 42 months they will make fire come down out of heaven.

Angels and humans are different kinds of created beings. Elijah & Enoch are human beings that were taken to heaven.

Humans taken to heaven are still humans but have been totally transformed (without sin)... such as will happen at the first resurrection.

The phrase “without father or mother” was also employed to describe orphans, illegitimate children, or persons whose origin was unknown. So the phrase by itself does not prove that Melchizedek was divine.

Melchizedek is not eternal in his own right, but in the narrative Melchizedek is made to resemble the Son of God, the only one who truly remains priest forever. Melchizedek is like Christ in the sense that Scripture does not provide any record of his birth, his genealogy, or his death. That absence of this information in the biblical account is used by the apostle to liken Melchizedek to Christ, who is indeed eternal.

The two witnesses are not smiting servants, they're smiting people who attack them. They're smiting the wicked.
I mean the clue is after they get killed they are resurrected and raptured.
