Me! Me! I love them! I love the way the air is just before a thunderstorm, and just after. Somehow I feel closest to God during a thunderstorm- they're so amazing and out of our control, it's refreshing.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I get a warm, cozy feeling when there are thunderstorms.. nothing feels better than curling up on my couch and watching tv on a cold, windy, thunderry day lol

The landscape is so beautiful during thunderstorms. Very dramatic. As a photographer, I like anything dramatic.

I use to love sitting on my favourite cliff where I could see for miles, and watching a massive thunderstorm roll in. No cliffs where I am now though, I miss it

I LOVE thunderstorms. I always end up singing "Revelation Song", the "flashes of lightning, rolls of thunder" part brings it to mind

Thunder is great,just don't want to get popped. It happened to a friend of mine. He was out in a drainage ditch,he survived it but was disoriented for 15 mins.

We love storms the littles get a little bit scared of them because they think it means God is angry with them for something.
