Im curious where we think human evolution is headed in the future. Can it be predicted with accuracy?

What selective pressures are there are on current humans to evolve, also what sort of timeframe is involved before we could expect to see any noticable changes in the species.

Off the top of my head I imagine that we could grow more resistant to any diseases or virus that stops us reproducing, but thats about as far I've gotten.

Thanks in advance!

You'll never see evolution happen even if you were to live another 849-decillion years. But humanism is the view that believes they can change morale and make it relative to their point of view. Politics is the origin of evolution has a theory. In the end, there will be a One World Religion based on humanisitic values (like Planned Parenthood introduced with their eugenical plan to breed out those whon they feel are unfit for evolution). We humans can advance in medical acheivements, but that is not evolution...thats just technology produced by mankind.
