Starting here: 1142 I watched and took notes of a video that I told myself I would discuss with someone who asked me to watch.No, but speed is distance/time. Light speed is a constant. It takes 2.5 million years for Andromeda's light to hit your eye. They call it a "light year" because it is the distance that light travels in one year. (light speed is also represented by the letter 'C', as in dad's avatar)
I exhausted myself trying to debate this issue -- and I told myself that I would never again spend this much time with someone trying to get them to see my point-of-view.
That thread is the single biggest reason I keep [most of] my answers very short, or just plain stop replying (what I call "read only mode" or "virtual ignore").
