I've definitely turned more to the left and libertarian since the last time I did one of these a few years ago. In fact, I'm virtually Gandhi now! I'm feeling quite inspired.. anyone know where I can buy some cheap sandals?

Is it just me, or does it seem odd that everyone responding so far tests out as a "lefty-lib"? Especially since before taking the test I would have considered myself to be moderately conservative, and expected to test out around 1 on the left-right, and maybe -0.5 on the auth/lib scales.

Yo, educate me. I tried it in several ways, but the picture didn´t show up.

Now where are the Hitlers and the Stalins of the forum? There has to be some.

I´m wondering about that two. If everyone ends up in the left lower corner the center seems to be in the wrong place.

Yeah, I think when considering the economic questions, what you say and what you would actually do in reality if you were in charge are probably 2 different things. For instance, you're asked questions along the lines of should economic globalisation serve humanity or multi-national corporations. Everyone is obviously going to say to serve humanity, but the fact of the matter is if you're leader, your economy is going to be screwed with those sorts of policies, as you need to do all that you can to make your country attractive for big corporations. That's the reality of the situation. That's why we don't leave leftys in charge anymore. We tried it in the UK in the 70s and the country went to pot.
