Just so you know, though you say you're sympathetic to those who have lost, it doesn't come across. Your responses are often interpreted as those of an insensitive, belligerent red neck. But I doubt that's really who you are. I'd bet you're an intelligent, faithful guy with a strong sense of duty. I just think there's a better way to show it. Threatening to fight to the death with those Americans who oppose your ideas sounds like you're willing to take other people's freedom to preserve your way of life. I expect that's not what you mean to convey.
yes, that is why it is important for good guys to have guns, but it is also important for good guys to know when they may lawfully use them on other people.Yeah, unfortunately the bad guys feel no such restraint.

We've had yet another school shooting this morning in Texas. We've had yet another wicked, truly evil person walk in freely and murder eight students. If that does not outrage you, you are not human and have no pulse.
The last thing we need to offer are just "thoughts and prayers." Thoughts and prayers are not enough anymore. God hates gun violence. Period. And so should we.
How many school shootings is it going to take for the church to wake up to the fact that there are truly evil people in this world? That Satan has made it clear he is not going to play fair? Does it have to go so far as to seeing their own children murdered? I'm all for the second amendment, but is it worth defending at the cost of these kids lives?
Bottomline, this is all outrageous and disgusting. All of us, liberals, conservatives, Christians, Atheists, whatever! We all need to start sending demands our police and politicians and gun manufacturers, "DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!"

That was meant to rebut people's claims that cars are not meant to kill, but neither thing kills ( in the vest majority of cases without some human force). In other words cars ONLY kill when used incorrectly and guns ( generally) only kill people if the person does SOMETHING. Very rarely does a gun fire itself.Yes, i agree.

But that is a flat lie. We've got tighter gun control than there's ever been. The real agenda is to eliminate all guns from the public and anything less is an absolute lie.

I agree, I could not find any site which distinguished between any of the various types of gun death; homicide, suicide, accident etc.
homicide would also be the legal intervention.

my next door former elderly neighbors had their house broken into at 7:30 a.m. when intruder probably thought people gone to work
they heard their sliding glass being smashed, got up, and started walking downstairs as they were still in bed
as soon as the guy saw them he took off and they called police
neighbor also called me which scared me as husband was out of town and I moved our refrigerator in front of our back door
but anyway, if neighbors had a gun, they'd probably have hurt themselves instead as they both had medical conditions and would have been in no position to use a gun
