When did Salvation begin?

The Cross was planted into the World.
Christ's Blood is given there.
"ALL that call on the name of Jesus, shall be saved".

Here is God's will :

All means all.

The Chosen of God, were in Eternal Life before the foundation because they were Chosen in Christ as early Eph 1:4

4 According as he hath chosen us in him[Christ] before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Grace was given them in Christ before the world began 2 Tim 1:9

9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Now scripture also reveals another great truth about Christ, that He is Eternal Life 1 Jn 1:1-2

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us )

Christ here is that Eternal which was with the Father, also Jn 1:1-4

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

John wrote also in his epistle that Eternal life is in the Son, Christ 1 Jn 5:11

11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

So John and others of the Chosen in Christ before the foundation, were in Eternal Life, the Son before the foundation !

I believe its reasonable to conclude that those Chosen in Christ before the foundation, Christ being Eternal life 1 Jn 1:2, that they would be the ones who had their names written in the lambs book of life from the foundation of the world. Rev 13:8

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Rev 17:8

8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Now it stands to spiritual deduction, if some had not their names written in the book of life from the foundation, that in fact some did have their name inscribed in the lambs book of life from the foundation of the world, and to these belonged eternal life !

These are the ones ordained to eternal life Acts 13:48 !

Salvation for Gods Elect began from eternity in that it was purposed by the Grace of God Eph 1:3-14
The whole undertaking commenced with God’s purpose to save the people of his choice in everlasting electing love Jer 31:3. God Sovereignly chose whom He would Love and Save from everlasting. He predestinated them to Glory and the Adoption of Sons Rom 8:29-30'Eph 1:5. All things for their complete Salvation from eternity God arranged. Christ their Surety Lamb in the Eternal Purpose of God was slain already for their sins Rev 13:8 ! All this was for the praise of the glory of His Grace !
