Um... where to start? Well, the wheel of time series has a lot going on all the time and you should be able to find the books in a library or something.

Correct me if I'm wrong because its been awhile since I've read them.

A quick generalization of the world of The Wheel of Time would be a medival setting with what is very close to magic. The "magic" is an ability, so either you have the ability or you don't. There aren't any mythical creatures like dragons or unicorns.

Of course, I'm sure one of us wouldn't mind expanding on any of that if anyone would like.

Well the is Magic and there are creatures but most of them are evil. Magic works this way, it is called source abd male and females us it diffrently but if men use it then they will go mad after a while because the source is tainted.

Yes, there are creatures, but I don't remember any magical, mythical creatures like the dragon or unicorn. As for the tainting of the male side of the "magic", I guess that would depend on if the RPG takes place before or after the taint had been cleansed. Or am I wrong about that?

Well it could be nicer if it was still tainted and yes you are right there is no dragons or mythical creaturs.

It would be more fun to play it with it still tainted. It would also be nice to know more about the RPG itself.
