I'll go with the Rock band Queensrych, because I love the Ambience of Geoff Tate's vocals.

I don't have a set-in-stone favorite; but my most current favorite is the Dio-era Black Sabbath. Yet I have various that have been my favorites sometime; Metallica, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Dimmu Borgir, Astarte, Nightwish, Craddle of Filth, and Children of Boddom.

The bands I love actually are not Christians... but I love their music.
There's quite a variety in style for me, I like darkwave, alternative rock, neoclassical, some metal [power and symphonic.]

favourite bands: Ataraxia [not very known but enchanting Italian neoclassical band], Enrique Bunbury, Héroes del Silencio, Tierra Santa, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Dark Moor, Loreena McKennitt, Dead Can Dance, Faith and the Muse, Epica and similar.

I listen to metal/deathmetal/nu-metal/rock/hardrock/punk etc. Is this bad? I think the Bible states you must be careful with what your ears hear, but is it meant for music like this..?

Anyway; I'm trying to listen to Christian bands as much as possible; Falling Up is great, Pillar and Skillet are quite nice too, but my personal favorite 'Red' is a real recommendation. I love those guys, but other than that; I just listen to random songs, and non-Christian music.
