I am a Buddhist, who, like the Shinto-Buddhists, believe greatly in the religion (heathenism) of my homeland. I believe in ''God'', or more correctly a force, whom I call Brahman, Meotud and Dhammakaya; it isn't the personal deity of Christianity but a force and substance of all beings. It is karma and wyrd. I believe all religions are part of the whole but am critical of fundamentalism of all kinds. In fact, I think fundamentalist Christianity paints an unfair picture of Christianity as a whole. I think Jesus is a saviour and is love, similar to a Boddhisattva or helpful local deity, but I don't believe in the permanent hell of the fundamentalists nor the morality of the Biblical genocides by the Israelites.

If I sound anti-Christian, then I apologize, I am merely critical of fundamentalist Christianity.

I believe in the vegetarian diet of many Buddhists including the Soto Zen sect of Japan. I believe that the Shojin Ryori is in line with the teachings of the Buddha (not to kill

Religion (mainly Indo-European ones such as Germanic heathenism, Hinduism, Celtic paganism, Jainism and Buddhism - naturally!), spirituality, literature, philosophy and rugby.
