Are you saying that people who get diabetes did something to deserve it?
I wouldn't say 'deserve' it. Brought it on unnecessarily would be a better choice of words. I got Lyme disease because I ignorantly didn't take simple preventive measures.
My point is that with a little more education and a little more effort healthcare costs can be reduced, and made more widely available.
What did you do to get the prostate cancer unnecessarily?
I was responding to diabetes. Regarding prostate cancer; as RDKirk pointed, it comes with age.But I believe even those diseases can be reduced over time with good lifestyle practices. Maybe not in this generation but those ahead.
