What's up with woke tech job cuts.

Meta and Twitter are cutting a fair amount of jobs. Both places are obviously funded by the Feds as there's no way advertising revenue covers their expenses. Since they are known for pushing the woke agenda I am wondering what changed? Are the Feds changing their mind on things, did they win so they're cutting staff or have they changed tactics/strategy?

Amazon just spent close to a billion dollars trying to straighten out the mess that the technicians made when they installed their robotics. It could be the lay-offs have to do with people not able to do the job they were hired to do. In this case they could not even speak English, just Spanish.

Here's Meta's 2022Q3 highlights compared to 2021Q3. Their net income for Q3 was 4.4 billion dollars. How are they being funded by the Federal government?
