Snow stopped at 12.5" yesterday. A bit less than predicted; but, still a healthy snowfall. Clear, cold, and windy today.

ahead-of, the forecast snowfall expected in the UK
due to a persistent HIGH pressure area over Siberia

It's predicted to be... " look out England 'cos here it comes "

Still freezing cold, though I believe we have better weather here than in England or mainland Scotland.

It's a snowy day here. We are not affected as badly as some parts of the country but the forecast is for more snow later on this afternoon. We are staying in, all snuggled up.

Temp's are 0.C to -1.C
it has again begun to snow heavily as I post here

the last lot, hasnt disappeared and it is accumulating

A 'look' around local rooftops displays which of our neghbours
have insufficient insulation in their roofspaces
as their rooftops are almost clear of snow

Happily, I can report that snow endures upon our's
meaning we get the additonal benefit of this snow blanket
