Ice coming tonite and tomorrow before MAYBE changing to some rain, before the COLD temps come back. I'll be shocked if we get the rain here in the mountains!

Sounds good Country Woman...we are 5c and cloudy.
It has been a cold day and we have had a new boiler fitted and it looks so smart and shiny, so the house should be very cosy now.

sunshine and 53 today, supposed to be in the 60s the next several days. glad for some sun after a week of chilly, rainy weather. We came to south Texas for warm and sunny....don't make us leave for Arizona! LOL

...yes I passed through Arizona on holiday many years ago, very hot!

Near Manchester, England, it is 2c cloudy...feels very cold...but cosy inside!

especially with a coffee...do share a virtual coffee!

I never turn down a cup of coffee! You are so right--whatever the weather outside its what the "temperature" is inside that really counts. Looks like we can hold off an having to go to Arizona, able to be out today without a jacket!

Snow earlier and now freezing, but it looks beautiful - sparkling on the ground, and the stars are wonderful. Had to be careful not to slip when walking earlier this evening though.

It's amazing what a strip of draught proofing can do! Now it's reasonably comfortable indoors, so I don't mind the cooler weather, but I don't want it to go too far below 0C. (I saw one temperature on the "red button" was -14C! :o. I think that was in the remoter parts of Scotland.)

Wow, susie ...that sounds wonderful!

but...I'm enjoying the new boiler that we have had installed this week,
making plans for the garden (flurries of snow on the ground and 2c outside);
trusting the snow holds off until after church tomorrow as it is up in the hills and will catch the worst of the weather.

Now about that coffee...any virtual doughnuts around?

Yes, we have run the gamut of chill winds
frosts, rain, hail, sleet, snow, and temperatures at freezing and below
But, everything 'changes' and thankfully QUICKLY

My husband has just drawn my attention to the snow in the garden! not deep just a covering, but the garden railway has been transformed and looks so pretty! 2c
