Kinda interesting....when I got to work tonight, it was hot. Three hours later, I was actually cool.

No rain in the forecast this weekend.

of widespread Flash Floods in Colorado
With thousands being evacuated
Rainfall, was "equivalent of one years rainfall, falling in just one week "

We had a nice rain yesterday - about 1 inch in places. Those in the Colorado floods are in our prayers. It's cooler here today - high 80's for a high, and it's 81F here right now. It's very pleasant.

Fall weather has started over the weekend with highs in the lower 70's and to 40's at night.

Rainy and cool in the 60's today. Glad I mowed the lawn yesterday and put out some fall mums. I guess it's inside work today, laundry and cleaning.

Rain fell in the early hours of this morning
It slapped down upon the road outside, and upon the roof
with a thunderous roar [like a waterfall]

Ever since then, we have had some fairly heavy showers
with, no let-up, in the cloud cover

Maybe, there will also be, heavy snowfall, this winter

Well, at-least, it has fallen without serious effect
~as some folks, have had too-much already
