40F, going up to the mid 50s today. Clear. Blowing like crazy though, winds out of the West in the 20s and will come Northwest later today with gusts in the 30s. Cooler tonight, lows in the 20s. I'll need the heater for sure on tonight's trip. London, Ohio at 7:00 tomorrow morning.

Stormy night ahead with heavy rain and possible thunder; temp @ 44.

Becoming more sunny after rain last night @ 50; warming to @ 60 ahead of a cold front that will bring more rain this afternoon.

Temps will drop overnight and tomorrow...then will return to 'normal' ~ sunny days (temps @ 45-50) and chilly nights (25-33)

76F / 24C for a high and a forecast low tonight of 34F. We had rain last night and this morning, and there is more to come according to the weatherman. Our heaviest rains are supposed to be tonight and tomorrow. We are in drought conditions, so all of us are giving thanks. Thank you Lord for the rain.

Home, Western 'Burbs of Chicago: 48F, going to near 60F today under sunny skies. Sunny tomorrow too, but maybe not as warm.

What a difference from a couple of weeks back. Yesterday, I had the Battlecreek, Michigan run- twice. Not that long back, this trip would have been through blinding lake-effect snow for most of the trip on I-94 in Michigan. A trip to Grand Rapids just two weeks ago was just that way-- at night, blinding snow squalls, windy-- and those absurd Michigan Trains that think they can drive at highway speed in those conditions, kicking up ground-effect blizzards when they pass you. (Pro tip: They really can't drive as fast as they think they can-- and the wrecks in the ditches prove it.) Yesterday, it was mid-40s, sunny and mild winds during the first trip, the second trip was the same except colder and darker (night). I'm home today and likely as not tomorrow too. Ran out of money, so I'm down a couple of days until the next check clears.
