Bitter cold out. 8 below zero F, clear. Got up early to start the vehicle, fortunately it did so I will be able to go to work in a couple of hours. Rough start though, I suspect a glow plug didn't light.

It's 12 below zero F. That'll wake you up, I imagine.

I looked up the record low. It got to 27 below zero on Jan. 20, 1985. Not surprisingly, my truck, a 1984 Chevrolet, wouldn't start. Not much did start that morning.

It's 68 this morning and partly sunny. We've got a 50% chance of showers. Supposed to stay in the 70s today, 50s tonight.

Just heard the snow plow going by, so cloudy dull freezing cold temps and more snow. I know the sun is somewhere through those thick clouds, just be nice to see the sunshine. In 30 day it will be spring and they said a early spring, I sure hope they are right about that one. I think everyone is counting on this, we have not had a melt down yet.

snow has stopped for now, winding an blowing snow and very cold.

We are living in the ice age here now. It's very cold, 12, but we are expecting a heat wave in several days, up to 44. Yay.

We're past the severe cold, at least for a while. The ten-day forecast shows that it won't get below 20F during after today. Highs could get into the 40s by mid-week.

Right now, it's 9F, clear. Maybe a bit of snow later.

In PA, we are supposed to be in the mid-30's today. Then we are supposed to be around 40 for the next few days. It WILL be nice. The ice that we now have, will melt away - or at least some of it will.

It is another dreary, dull, cloudy and very cold day again, snowing very little, but they say right now, Wednesday and Thursday we are to have rain, this is the first to start getting rit of our mountains of snow. Spring is on it's way.

it's a beautiful, clear, not-too-cold night with the moon lookin like a cheshire cat's grin, and my star over to the side, and a bunch o' others...beautiful

12:30am and it is snowing and blowing and storming out side. Hope tomorrow is sunny.

Things have warmed up here some - low 30s in the day and high teens at night. I think that the weatherman is crazy, but he forecast a high in the 70s for this coming Tuesday. I'll let you know if the weatherman was right.

I think it was sunny this morning early, but went away, it is trying to come out. It snowed all night, and today is a little warmer than very cold, and the wind is bad and blowing all the snow around.
