We had about an inch which did not cover all surfaces and quickly melted. The temperature range was 41/33. The latest snowfall here was May 16 about 4 inches I believe in 1976. In the 70''s there were a few years with snowfalls in May and a couple of years in which the snow never melted until May. In the 70's during the winter there were extended periods in the Northeast and Midwest when the temperatures never rose above freezing. Buffalo and western New York had several feet of lake effect snow and there were articles about a coming ice age.
Much the same here really, except for a thunder storm later. Did it reach you mp?We have had sunny Spring weather all week, washing drying on the clothes line and tea on the lawn.so pretty.
Now it is raining, not too much, just a sprinkling.
A lovely Easter Sunday, and with so much online, plenty to thank God for.
We have had rain and wind but no thunderstorms. Not a lot of rain either, some rain.Much the same here really, except for a thunder storm later. Did it reach you mp?It was probably not long after you posted if it was moving northwards - I think we had it about 5.15. After that it poured, but it was the first heavy rain for about a week or so.
Beautiful! It's 73f degrees here in the Oregon Cascade's in the PNW---all the flowers are in glorious full bloom. If it wasn't for social distancing; we would be having the local "Spring Wildflower Festival" but people are still traveling around in cars and walking in the countryside.
I don't have a camera good enough to capture our back field but it is aglow with yellow wildflower called "Spring Gold" but here is pic from last year; it looks just like this:

A beautiful description.Early spring conditions in Upstate New York along the Mohawk River. Conditions somewat delayed. Coltsfoot in bloom, skunk cabbage evident, lawns have become green, dandelions beginning to flower near houses, honeysuckle beginning to leaf, silver maple beginning to flower, some budding on bushes and trees.
