CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It was hot and sunny earlier low 90's. About 3 p.m. the bottom fell out of the clouds and we got a heavy downpour with thunder and some sharp lightning. Now it is not raining but it is still cloudy.

Well it is 8:24p and 83f was a high of 96f and index of 104f no wind for chillin no rain for chillin high thin clouds that had wind swept horse tail form and some white fluffy clouds. A pretty day. The wind swept horse tails clouds are an indication of a weather change in 12 hrs. According to the 'ol Choctaw Indian meteorologist. I like folk lore.

Showers this past 36 hours.... but I live in 'Umbrella City'

but, everything is so, 'wet'
I ate the 4 cherries that appeared on our now 2 year old cherry bush
before they were removed by pigeons that have, already cleaned out the cherry trees next-door

88f on my trk this morning @ 8am reached 97f today started out with no clouds then small clouds no wind all day humidity so high the heat index was 112f so high it would collect on the skin like dew.
