It's been gorgeous here all week. Temperatures in the low 90's, and clear skies have been the norm.

Another beautiful day across Central Texas. Mostly clear skies, light winds, and temperatures in the low 90's.

Boy; don't you get tired of all that boring weather? No heat waves, no smoke, no hurricanes, no torrential rains, no floods! I wished we had some boring weather.

I can't remember a year this cool for this time of year. It's usually 105-110 in August. We did have our share of tornadoes and fires this year, so things weren't totally boring. We also had large areas of drought that were cured by recent rains. We'll just give thanks. It's 95F today but the forecast is for back to the 80s for the rest of the week.

Our high today was only 85F and we have more mild weather on the way. This is 15 to 20 degrees below what we normally have this time of year. We're not complaining - we like it.

Pretty much the same here in Texas. It's been beautiful for almost two weeks as High Pressure is dominating.

Never heard the forecast thunder but it rained earlier. By evening it had cleared up and the garden looked very fresh after the downpour.
