Okay, prayer request time. I haven't asked for prayers here since probably July or August when I trying to move Heaven and Earth to sell my car and get into a newer one at the same time. I feel bad because I kinda left everyone hanging and never came back to let yall know that I was successful, because somehow I sorta equated it to bragging, and I didn't wanna do that-- and I am very grateful for your prayers.

So here's my latest request. Walmart has a certain policy regarding bonuses for Vision Center managers. You have to have your sales above a certain target threshold in order to qualify for one. This year's target was 95% to planned sales.
My market average, is about 40% to planned sales, the region is also around 40%

I finished the year at 88% to plan. So I did not meet threshold, I do not qualify for a bonus-- but it sounds like no one else really did either. Last year, due to being shut down for Covid, walmart knew the plan was inaccurate and unreachable, and so they scored everyone at 'meets threshold', so they would get their bonuses. Of course I wasn't a manager then, so I didn't get a bonus.
I am praying, and asking you to pray that walmart will do the same this year, so I can get one.
It's not like an obscene amount of money or anything, we're not talking go buy a house money-- but it would make a very big difference for my situation, and help me pay some debts and to maybe catch up a little.

So if you wouldn't mind praying walmart be graceful to us, amd that my Market Director be pleased with my work, and give me a good evaluation, I would be very grateful.
