Wow, the female incel subreddits have been banned. On one hand it's nice to see the left being consistent for once and banning misogynistic subreddits and misandrist subreddits.. although at the same time.. I'll miss reading those crazy posts from those messed up women.. lol.
Incels... Now that subculture was an interesting one to observe...
I seemed to have lost my Christmas weight.. despite not really following my diet.. I wonder if these multivitamins might be shedding some water weight or something?
How many total points will be scored when KC plays CLE.
I have lost weight like crazy! Here are some tips that worked for me:
Drinking Habits
-Limit daily coffee to two cups maximum.
-In addition to coffee, daily limit to two cups of decaffeinated tea maximum.
-NO soft drinks.
-Moderation with alcohol. If there is any family history of alcoholism, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
-Drink PLENTY of water.
Eating Habits
-PORTION CONTROL IS KEY!!!
-Fast food ONCE a month maximum. Learn to cook. A CFer taught me a simple but effective recipe: Mixture of cooked corn, beans, and rice. Delicious, nutritious, and (hopefully) cheap!
-If you want junk food, walk down to a convenience store at least 15 minutes away from your house and buy one of each: A small bag of chips, a small chocolate bar, and a sugarless drink. I call this the $6 snack.
Exercise
-30 minute walks around the block every day.
-Get as many chores done as possible in the day as possible. Agendas are your friend in this area!
Other
-Get plenty of sleep. 7-9 is recommended. A bedtime of 9:30 PM proved very beneficial to me.
-Socialize with Christ-like people. Less reason to stress eat or doing so out of boredom.
-If possible, REST ON SUNDAY!!! Daily spiritual exercises involving prayer and reading the Bible out loud are highly recommended on this day. If possible, attending a Christ-honoring church is more beneficial than you think.
