It is involved but I’ll answer.
I knew when I read your message the Lord laid it on your heart to pray. Your use of “descending” was for my benefit. It references an issue we’ve been discussing.
In respect to my friend, your involvement isn’t a surprise. There were other men who felt the same and labored beside me. In every instance they spoke as you’ve done. I didn’t ask them to do so. Or you for that matter. It is the Lord’s doing.
I don’t believe He desires me to resume my stand. Everything I’m receiving spiritually and naturally is pointing forward. He is stirring my heart so I will open to the one He sends and give him the love and service he deserves.
I labored for 7 years without a date or prospect. I didn’t entertain them. For a time that was appropriate. But that time has passed. He’s nudging me forward.
This started happening a couple of weeks ago. I mentioned the stirring in this post. Brinny left a quote that echoed my feelings at that moment. It is a glaring lack He acknowledged and will provide.
And your admission has freed me. I can take my hands off. He hasn’t forgotten and has honored my vow. My labor was not in vain. It is done.
God’s got him. He’s made certain I know that. I’ve cried a lot while writing this. He always surprises me. The harvest is coming. God wills it.![]()
Do you have a Costco near? They have easy to prepare food that only requires an oven or microwave. I think you’d like it.
Look and see. Its in bulk but you’d have healthier options in small portions. They have a great pho that’s really tasty!
Don't take this the wrong way. I welcome you here and I think you're a good addition to Singles. But your ambiguity is annoying. What's the point of posting about something if you're going to remain so vague about it that it leaves people wondering what the heck you're talking about. If you're not going to keep it 100% then my suggestion is to not even bring it up in the first place.I’m not sure about the kite but the ride sounds nice. Please keep safe. You’ll be in my prayers.![]()
what a joke this is.I don’t know what compelled your words but you aren’t forced to read my posts. I was responding to Miles and quoted him.
I think you should give less attention to my ambiguity and more to the things the Lord is revealing about your character.
If the Lord desires me to behave differently He will tell me. It will be delivered in love not flippancy.
You may think how you go about things is discreet but they're really self serving. When people have to follow up to even make sense of your posts then you've got issues. Don't worry though. I'm thru dealing with you. You won't hear me anymore responding to your nonsenseI would greatly appreciate if you would cease to behave like you are in charge of this forum. This is the second occurrence.
I set aside the false inquiry you sent disguised as a survey you were conducting on behalf of the group. With a supposed result that never appeared.
If this continues I will report it.
Thanks. It's possible that the worst of the storm will blow out to sea, as it moves north.I’m not sure about the kite but the ride sounds nice. Please keep safe. You’ll be in my prayers.![]()
I'm glad to hear that you've never had to endure one. To be fair, I haven't directly experienced a natural disaster either. Hurricanes have been more like big thunderstorms inland, where I live. The last time a hurricane came by, water got into in my finished basement. Not much, essentially a big puddle, but enough to be annoying. The cause was a clogged downspout + heavy rain. My preparation for this storm involved checking the downspout (all clear) and stocking up on food.God willing that is the case. I’ve never endured a natural disaster and hope I never will. Did you go for your ride?
