CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I just caught a glimpse of a two-month-old pm on the front page as I was responding to other conversations just now. Man, sucks for us, but, I guess Miss @Zipadee's commune with us could only be a very brief one, much like that of another really pleasant-natured nurse who was actually the very first friend I ever made here, @ElizaRN. I guess Zipadee was just meant to travel other roads, but I for one really liked her the month or so she was around. I hope you all did, too.
Like Swords&Sunflowers, Zipadee had been very attentive and concerned towards me when I had a short bout of sickness couple of months ago - true to her profession, I guess - simply because the symptoms were almost identical to that which I suffered in January and it admittedly scared me a bit, that this might be a chronic issue I would have to deal with all of my life. So I thank she and Miss S&S both for that.

Maybe for Halloween this year I can go around my neighborhood and randomly start caroling...while dressed up as Sasquatch.

Tip: Did you know that you can use a pet brush with wire bristles to fix a stuffed animal's fur? I heard about it a while back and finally decided to try it. It works! It makes messy fur smooth and soft again. There was even some pink fur fabric I used on two plushies before that I was kind of disappointed with because it had a rough texture and a messy appearance. Turns out that all it needed was a good brushing! Maybe it's not such a bad fabric after all. Look at the difference!

Okay, so, my Italian "sister" Camilla is off in Moscow right now with another mutual friend of ours who is native to Russia.
