Few dreams do. Even like the one I spoke of experiencing the other night seemed so real and terrifying as it happened, of course, but then after waking up and pondering just a moment or two, it does seem truly ridiculous and implausible.

Well, thanks to @ImAllLikeOkWaitWat 's intervention via this ASMR trend when I suffered from insomnia one night a few months ago I also found this on YT last evening while trying to get to bed.

I've been watching poki asmr lately. Shes my new favorite Asmr has definitely cured my insomnia, and not just insomnia but its also helped me not be so reactive under stressful situations. I feel a certain level of calmness through all situations during the day. Before asmr anything could trigger me. After using asmr since 2014 things dont bother me as much.
