Being mentally ill is a huge challenge for me. I wish people understood how hard I try to keep up with everyone else and learn concepts they knew when they were teenagers or young adults. I've always worked really hard at improving myself, taking responsibility for my actions, and grow as a person. Yet, no matter how much I grow, there are still people who don't like me and will never give me the benefit of the doubt.

Everything I've been through is true and my reality I have to live with every single day. Sometimes it's pure agony.

I am truly sorry for hurting you even after you made things right between us. I have seen you take strides at self improvement and I would like to ask everyone on the Singles forum to just let the past go and see Saucy as someone turning over a new leaf. Saucy is human and prone to error like the rest of us. On the judgement day you'll find that there is no one who is truly innocent and when all things are revealed, we'll know each other in ways we would have never expected. This includes myself and even the most humble and pleasant of users on this site.

Thanks brother, things are good between us now. We're all human and doing our best to make it and understand our roles in this world.

I was diagnosed bipolar 1 with manic depression. I didn't find this out until maybe two years ago after I couldn't explain certain behavior and then I hid it for awhile because there's a negative opinion of people who are bipolar and I was in denial. Denying it will get me nowhere.

I feel ya. I went thru similar sentiments with my schizophrenia diagnosis. It led to me stopping my medication and trouble afterwards. But good for you. You seem to be doing good despite all that.

Lol I was at the ICU today, gave report to a nurse there, when I was done I was pretty confident I could navigate out that unit, just follow the red EXIT signs, saw a door that supposedly led to the stairwell. Got out, was supposed to head up back to my unit which was on the fifth floor but to my horror the stairwell only led downwards. I turned back to go back into the ICU unit but the there was a sign that says you cannot go back in. I had a mini panic attack made my way downward and found another door, lol but it led outside at the back of ER. It was good there was a security guard there, I was so frazzled and explained to him about what happened lol. He looked at me like I was a weirdo and led me to the back entrance, he used his badge. I profusely thanked him. Once inside, I remembered....I also have a badge....I could've just used mines...
