This forum has been on my mind.I've been away too long, I got married last year, one year this weekend! I hope everyone is doing really great, and I've missed you.

Kefir?If I may interject with a prayer request, I had a rough night last night. Sudden digestive problems and all, and I was in a lot of pain for about 30 minutes, very similar to the curled-up-on-the-floor-in-oddly-freezing-and-burning-both-at-the-same-time-agony pain I had from that bacterial infection about four months ago, and thankfully many of you were giving me encouragement and recommendations on what I could do in the future to keep from such problems. Still have perpetual discomfort right now from last night, but it isn't nearly as bad as before.
@Toro, I believe you and a couple of others had a suggestion at that time. Can you tell me what it was again? I just remember it started with a K, something you said I should consider including in my diet.

Yes, that's him!! It's been amazing, and God is amazing. I can't believe I left the faith, but maybe I needed to, in order to see all God would have in store for me.
