  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Well any physical exercise is always good idea.. it will improve mood and overall health. Have you tried dancing? Or, do you like more intense focusing type of thing like diamond art.

"Virginia is for Lovers" is the tourism and travel slogan of the U.S. commonwealth of Virginia. Used since 1969, it has become a well-recognized and often imitated part of American jargon.

There is a public perception that the 1968 design of the slogan is a response to the 1967 court ruling in Loving v. Virginia, which legalized interracial marriage in the United States after an interracial couple were issued jail sentences for marrying in violation of Virginia law.[6] The ad agency which designed the slogan has denied intent to connect the slogan to that court case.

Make sure you research the best spots for good eats. Have some gumbo, crawfish etouffee, jambalaya, oyster po-boy, beignets, and pralines.

Anglicans venerate both, and Judaism apparently. I don't know their sources, maybe pseudo-dionysius. I don't know why Catholicism does not recognize these two, but I do think it forms an interesting picture, as Michael is depicted in Catholic iconography as holding a scale in his hands with which to weigh souls, and because "mercy triumphs over judgment".
