  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah, I keep reading things, which prompts questions, then I start a thread, which helps keep me from reading! It's not a perfect system, by any means, lol. But, all in all my research is coming along nicely.

We spend more time on the front end than most. We're looking for fit. We tackle the deal breakers head on. That determines if going forward is feasible.

We don't try to change our guys. If a certain mold is appealing you need get him. Not turn your man into a pretzel. We don't crack a whip or drive him up the ladder. We know what we signed on for.

Leadership is desirable. You can't follow a man you don't respect. Most of us hold them in high esteem. That's a quality we look for in our interactions. The person who trips that switch.

Traditional women are very supportive and nurturing. She's in your corner. We're less likely to divorce because you screwed up or clean you out if we do.

I wish I had an exercise partner at the gym. I get sooooo bored.

I get so bored all day @ work, then I go to the gym & asking to exercise for an hour, my brain just can't handle it.

I think work has made me ADHD. I used to be able to concentrate on something forever, now I feel like I can't do anything for more than an hour max before I get bored.

I need something where you don't do the same thing all day,you're not glued to a computer screen the whole day, & you're involved in the why & how.
