V day approacheth.
I wish I could do something for her, to show my affection, but ... it just wouldn't be right in this case.
So what are you all doing for Valentines day? I have church that day and other than that probably not too much.
I thought you didn't want one?V day approacheth.

Definitely church! So what are you all doing for Valentines day? I have church that day and other than that probably not too much.
I am financially well-off. Money doesn't bring happiness. Anyone w/ money can attest to that.i wish money was never created. imagine living on earth for free without money. i think that is the way it should be. why was money created? people would be happier and less depressed without money.
so many people suffering from homelessness. meanwhile there are billionaires with mansions. i just don’t understand how it can be this way. it needs to change.
If I recall, you said she was taken, so I would agree with you.
I thought you didn't want one?
I thought you didn't really want a date. Not surprised tho, hardly anyone wants to be single.Want one what?

For me, probably nothing except make a Valentine's Day recipe with my mom. Not sure what we're going to make yet.So what are you all doing for Valentines day? I have church that day and other than that probably not too much.

Believers, what's your thoughts on drinking?
I think it's okay, even getting drunk. As long as it's occasional, as long as it's in situations that won't lead to sin.
I'm pretty 'fundamentalist' in my beliefs, but I really really don't see a problem w/ drinking or getting drunk as long as guidelines above.

Interesting perspective on the wedding miracle. You're probably pretty familiar w/ the Bible then, (probably why you're a heathen too, eh?), what it teaches & what it doesn't.I know I am the resident heathen.. but I believe the Bible more talking about alcoholism being sinful than people who responsibly get drunk every once in a while. The former causes harmer and the latter doesn't.
Jesus did turn water into wine at a wedding. It's a wedding.. I think it's expected that some people would get drunk. Logically I think a Christian has to come to the conclusion that it is fine to get drunk at appropriate times..
Me too, man.Just about my life in general.. how I have to deal with so many mental problems.
Interesting perspective on the wedding miracle. You probably know a lot about the Bible (probably why you're a heathen too, eh?), what it teaches & what it doesn't.
I think also it might be referring to when you place getting drunk at the center of your life & not God. Like any other thing. Example: "No, I don't want to evangelize, I'd rather get drunk!' 'No I don't want to go to church, I spent all night partying getting drunk.' Things like that.
Me too, man.
