  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I recommend 2 through 4 as well. Most fans seem to despise the third movie, but I thought they were all at least good, if not great.

This year my company is giving up free bagged cold lunches and that's it. A far cry from the Christmas party I had last year at my last company where they gave up free hotel rooms in the mall of America with an open bar and a comedy show. Lol.

It was a small local IT company. I suspect they spent at least 50k on the whole thing. Although from what I heard they used to offer valet parking but not the year I went. So they cheaped out somewhat, lol. Remember it being a nightmare finding parking.

Nope. Well I kind of did if you count watching The Nostalgia Critic. Lol.

I am a fan of Stephen King.. never read his books but some of his movie adaptations are fantastic like Carrie, The Shawshank Redemption and Stand By Me.
