  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Seems like I just don't feel much interest in doing a lot of the things I used to enjoy anymore, so I get bored a lot unless I'm working on a project. That's why I'm almost always trying to find something new to work on. I was feeling very down about that yesterday, but after watching last Sunday's Mass I felt better.

The priest gave a very good sermon; part of it was about how people shouldn't be defined by their illnesses and afflictions but instead as sons and daughters of God. I really need to remember this more myself, though for me it's not about illnesses and afflictions but about past words and actions. I keep thinking like "I said this, now everyone's going to think I'm weird" or "I disagreed with this person, now they'll never want to talk to me again" but I need to realize that good followers of Christ are not going to be that way. Sadly I often find myself almost being that way, but I'm trying hard to do better as a daughter of God and a believer in Christ. This Knightess may stumble at times, but she only wants to show kindness and be a light for those around her.

I just have a usb controller I got from amazon (it seems to work for all the steam games I’ve tried on windows). For multiplayer games with friends in person we’ve used a variety of usb controllers and most worked well.
I am glad I have mine because it’s nice to have a controller for some games.
You can always look up a variety of controllers and read the reviews and compare price tags.
If it was me I’d just buy the cheapest one that works. Unless I was also getting it to be compatible with a console.

oooh awesome! can you send me a link for the controller you bought in amazon? Yeah, there's just some games (like racing games) lol that I feel is better with a controller, and yeah I don't want to buy something too expensive, just one that works.

well...the distance from the trunk of the car to the doorway of my place is only about 20-30 ft away...plus there's a shade by the doorway...lol so that's only like 2 -3 mins of sun time COMPARED TO WAITING outside the Doctor's porch to who knows how looonggg till he comes back, shoots Idk where he even lives.

Whew, suddenly hiring every company with a quality assurance laboratory around the South wants a piece of the SK. I got two interviews in the last hour set up in the near future, out of town in both Hot Springs and Russellville, Arkansas. I wasn't even expecting the call from one of them.
