I decided to up my calorie intake. I was eating around 800 per day and it's hard to eat more, but I think I need to try to eat around 1,200. I was supposed to adjust months ago, but just haven't done it.

800 sounds pretty dangerous.

You don't want to lose weight too quickly; I believe it can age one more if they have rapid weight loss. Not sure if that's a myth though.

Yeah after weight loss surgery I haven't been able to eat very much, but I think I am eating too little. I've been stalling out and the scale isn't moving. The only thing I can think of is I'm not eating enough. I'll see if eating a little more helps.

I've also read if you eat too few calories you metabolism slows down because your body goes into starvation mode.

Really though, you might be surprised to find if you eat more you will start to lose more weight. The biggest key is to eat less than you consume a day. Just find the right /healthy balance.

I've been frustrated with YouTube. While I made a lot of money last month since being monetized and my channel is growing like crazy, the past week they keep hitting my videos with automatic ad-limited ratings. I also happened to have my best-performing videos during this time. One of them hit nearly 10k views in a day. I challenged each one and they were released several days later, but the damage has been done. I've missed out on several hundred bucks in ad revenue because of this.

It means they didn't think my videos were advertiser-friendly, so no ad revenue at all. But it was an automatic setting they applied. When I challenged it, they did a manual review and released it because the videos were advertiser-friendly. The problem is it takes them 2-3 days to manually review it when most of the views take place. It happened to three of my most recent popular videos, so I lost out on that ad revenue. I emailed YouTube, but they weren't helpful.

You know, living at home can be hard sometimes, but it is days like today when I really do think I have the best parents in the world. My dad went out and bought some roses for my mom, and she surprised me with two of them. It was so sweet, and I love them for that!

What would it take to do product placement within your videos? I'm not sure how those things work behind the scenes, and that kind of thing may certain metrics to arrange, but I see many YouTubers doing it. If you can get a company to help sponsor your content that might help remove some of the ambiguity.

I'm not sure. I could do it easily, but I'm guessing companies would have to reach out to me and they probably wouldn't until I'm bigger.

Mom ran a yearly contest on her blog and at the time she passed, a couple participants hadn't received their prizes from the sponsors. Last week I got an e-mail from one such individual with still not recvd in the subject and body of the reply from some of her correspondence with Mom. I set to work looking for the prize she won and contacting the sponsor to enquire if the prize had actually been shipped and sent periodic updates to the winner with No Response apart from correct when I asked to verify her address and yeah when I was pleased to inform her the sponsor was sending her a new package. It has been an honour to honour my mother by finishing this for her, but everyone else has been incredibly supportive by notes of encouragement, prayers, and even blog posts, but this woman hasn't said a single thing, has not asked why her son is handling the rest of this contest, has not commented on my posts on her blog announcing her passing. Just terse e-mails conveying an impression to me that all she cares about is getting her prize. I'm not looking for pity, but this just seems extremely disrespectful. And I'm almost thinking I remember Mom mentioning this woman but I can't remember the context...

I've had moments of wishing there were one. I've also had moments of wishing giving a "funny" rating as it relates to goading weren't against the rules.
