Yes and yes. Others sometimes say differently. We may look the same appearance wise, but we're all made differently. But these two methods work for me as well. Alas... I do not have any dark chocolate.

Do you ever experience thoughts which don't feel like they belong to you? I've been experiencing this a lot recently and to such a vivid extent. They certainly don't feel like they are mine though. It's very unusual to experience

I can’t wait until I can sleep again.

I've started to drink the occasional cup of coffee this year since travelling more regularly.

Turkish mochachinno is the best I've had yet.
The last mochachino I bought from another place was horrible and was torture to drink, I endured it because I didn't want to waste it though
I've also tried long black (not a big fan) and also a vienna coffee (cream was nice addition, but the remainder tasted horrible and I was trying to sip it when hot and the next thing that happens is the evil cup lid blurts out a whole mouthful and burnt my mouth X_X)

Haven't tried other styles of coffee yet aside from above

Yes, they are called aliens and it means you need to wear tin-foil to protect your mind noodle.

Seriously though, I do not know what the Quran speaks about regarding the issue, however the Bible speaks on the mind being a battle ground, not only do we have to contend with our own thoughts, but there are those thoughts that are placed there by the devil and in those willing, God can put thoughts there as well
