Wouldn't north america be greater if it was all taken over by the united states guys?

You guys tried to take over Canada twice and failed both times. During the American Revolution and during the War of 1812.

When it comes to alternate history, how things play out is very unpredictable and if the US did manage to take over the entire continent, there would likely still be some unforseen consequences as a result of USA's expansionism. The USA used to own countries like Cuba and the Philippines but they eventually declared independence and the former later became a legit security threat in the 20th century. The Southern US tried to break away due to disagreements like slavery and created a devastating war that no doubt hindered American power for a time. Who's to say the other parts of North America wouldn't try to do the same and risk putting a larger US into instability?

I personally think God foresaw every possible outcome for history and decided the course we're on was the best possible one.

By the time the War of 1812 rolled around almost four decades later, the so-called “war hawk” members of Congress were clamoring for a second go-around. There were even a few calls for part or all of Canada, then a British colony, to be annexed. At that time, around 7.5 million people lived in the United States, compared to only about 500,000 in Canada, many of whom were of French or American descent rather than British.-history.com

History is so kewl. I wonder what wouldve happened if we tried a second time.

Former President Thomas Jefferson called the acquisition of Quebec a “mere matter of marching,” while Speaker of the House Henry Clay, a prominent war hawk, declared that the militiamen of Kentucky were capable of capturing Upper Canada (essentially modern Ontario) and Montreal without any assistance-history.com

When U.S. General William Hull assembled a force of about 2,000 men and led them to Detroit, the jumping-off point for an intended assault on nearby Fort Malden in Upper Canada, the British found out about his plans by seizing a schooner with his baggage and papers on it. To make matters worse for Hull, about 200 Ohio militiamen refused to go beyond American territory. The general nonetheless remained confident. On July 12, 1812, he took his men across the Detroit River and into Canada, where he immediately issued a written proclamation telling inhabitants that they would “be emancipated from tyranny and oppression.” “Had I any doubt of eventual success I might ask your assistance, but I do not,” Hull declared. “I come prepared for every contingency.”-Detroit in da hizzy.

The United States pulled its act together in 1813 with the help of an improved navy, a larger army, new military commanders such as future President William Henry Harrison and more experienced troops. Over the span of a few months, American troops destroyed the British fleet on Lake Erie, took over strategically important Fort George near the mouth of the Niagara River and reclaimed Detroit on their way toward winning the Battle of the Thames with a bold cavalry charge. The Americans also captured York (now Toronto)

What about Gone With The Wind 2?

The one where Scarlet goes back to Tara to win back Rhett but he says "Frankly, my dear, you're still a psycho. Goodbye" and Scarlet lives the rest of her days a reclusive old maid, haunted by the ghost of the Union deserter soldier she shot and killed.

Yeah. That's basically the gist of it.

Willing to grant the same understanding for anger expressed by women who've grown up feeling rejected. Although much more rare, considering biologically most women are universally sought after during their early 20s.

Still, I knew this woman from school. She wasn't overweight or anything, but had a pretty ugly face. She really wasn't liked by anybody. She developed a lot of anger problems as a result. Which is understandable. I don't see how she'll ever see any justification to ever feel accepted and cool with humanity.
I'm ugly, "too tall" for a woman, and overweight. I'm not angry about it, just extra appreciative when somebody sees attractiveness in me. I do admit I'm insecure though, and I tell my fiance regularly that he could have done way better :p but more in a "thank you for not doing better" way than a bitter way.

You're not ugly. Not sure how tall you are, but even if you're too tall for other men it's more of an intimidation thing than them looking down on you. You have some weight but you carry it well. I wouldn't feel bad about your looks. You look fine to me.

That's nice of you to say, but I have legit had multiple guys tell me over my life that I'm too tall or unattractive. I'm basing my observations on scientific feedback.. Lol. I'm not really bothered by it anymore, I used to be, but now I just realize that my strengths have to lie elsewhere.
