Yes in a lot of allergy medicine, like benadryl, they have ingredients that help knock you out. I will take it sometimes just to help me sleep.

I thought so. It seems funny that they would make me sleep longer, though, especially since the one I take doesn't make me drowsy.

Probably because it takes you into deeper sleep, so you sleep longer. It's more difficult to wake up.

Everyone, I do ask for your prayers for my improvement in character as a knight. Yesterday was depressing, and here today was altogether another kind of bad - annoying. And I told myself at the beginning of the day this morning to hold my tongue and bear it like a knight with gentility and discipline for a change, and not speak one bitter or angry word. And within just a few hours I failed, as soon as the setbacks and annoyances began to accumulate. Chief among these problems is Dr. Pepper yet again assuming we have no life outside of work by just casually saying the day before (and late in the day, too, no less) that we all have to work twelve hours, from 4am to 4pm, the next day. (Anything to make up for getting one lousy day off for Thanksgiving, heaven forbid.) They spring changing schedules up on us like that constantly, sometimes even more than once in the same week, and it's just not cool. But nevertheless, I am grieved to have failed myself nearly every occurrence in the day that something like this happened.

So I ask that you pray for me to do better than this tomorrow. To hold my tongue and be the easy-going and more well-mannered knight I wish to be. I know God cannot be terribly happy with my performance many a day as of late, anyway. And I myself am not, either. I do thank you all, however, that you all seem to see me differently than I see myself, and even seem to find me likeable as well as more gentle in nature than I have observed myself to be some days. And I thank you. *bows*

Ben Affleck's not like my favorite Batman though... he looked kind of old in it don't ya think? I'm a fan of Ben Affleck but I wasn't really feeling Batman in this one.

Gal Gadot's role of Wonder Woman I really enjoy though. And The Flash was really entertaining.

I am pretty partial to the Christian Bale version. I don’t mind Affleck, but I do agree with you. I really like Wonder Woman.
