Once Christian and Jewish women would also wear head coverings. There seems to be a lapse in history.

There have always been Catholic women who have worn the mantilla, and recently it has enjoyed a great resurgence among young women. If anything, it seems to me like they're more popular now than they've been at any point in my lifetime.

I do agree completely: head-covering is not a bad word.

All you can do is live completely in the moment. Depression lives in the past, anxiety lives in the future. Contentment lives in the here and now - the present moment gives you full power and control over what you do. You can do nothing either side of this moment besides feeling down about a time gone, or panic about where you're going to be two years from now. And how can you possibly achieve anything productive if you're like that?

Anyway, on my mind. Selena Gomez... She irritates my eyes and ears. Ever since I saw that advert of hers I've been trying desperately to unsee it.
